Graduate Recruitment Consultant

iO Associates | Advanced Mobility | Bristol

£26,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission | Full-time | Permanent

If you're a recent graduate or have experience in sales, telesales, field marketing, insurance, motor sales, business Development, or another target driven role.

No recruitment experience needed! With the help of our training programme, which has won the Princess Royal Training Award.

About us

iO Associates operates across a range of specialist markets, with dedicated teams covering Tech, Defence & National Security, Commercial and Advanced Mobility. Our teams recruit across the UK and US, with our US Advanced Mobility team based in our Bristol office and recruiting directly into the US market.

What you'll be doing

Winning new business and booking client meetings
Building relationships with technology businesses and hiring managers
Sourcing and qualifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
Negotiating deals and commercial terms
Managing recruitment from first conversation to placement
Developing your market knowledge and professional network
Working towards individual and team targets
