BREEAM Assessor

A well renowned sustainability and engineering consultancy, based in Essex, are looking for a BREEAM Assessor. Due to my clients continued growth they are looking to expand their established Sustainability team who are working on cutting-edge projects across London. Their dedicated Sustainability team work with all multi-disciplinary teams within their business model, therefore you will benefit from the skills and expertise across the Practice.Typical responsibilities will involve: • Preparing and running BREEAM assessmetns on a wide range of building types• Contributing to the delivery of high end projects• Building performance and operational energy• Energy Masterplanning• Compliance and Performance• Actively liaising with architects and engineers and members of the S&E team to develop sustainable buildings• Prepare technical reports and relevant aspects of tender specifications• Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time• Contributing to our multi-disciplinary network of Sustainability ChampionsAbout you:• Relevant degree level qualification (MSc desirable)• Knowledge of BREEAM/ Must be qualifed BREEAM Assessor • Team player with strong communication skills both verbally and writing• Appreciate a varied and challenging workloadCandidates holding a degree with an engineering background are advantageous, this is a design focused role.If you want to become part of my clients journey, and are looking for a progressive career, then apply now!
