Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Gardener to support the maintenance of their beautifully maintained estate, with a particular focus on a productive kitchen garden.
This is a hands-on outdoor role where you will assist with the upkeep of landscaped gardens and growing areas, contributing to the overall presentation and sustainability of the estate.
Key Responsibilities Maintain gardens and growing areas, including fruit and vegetable plots Carry out a range of horticultural tasks such as planting, weeding, mowing, pruning, and mulching Support the wider estate team in day-to-day grounds maintenance Ensure high standards of presentation across all outdoor spaces Follow health and safety guidelines at all times About You Previous experience in a gardening or horticultural role (ideally 2 years experience or NVQ level 2 qualifications) Knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and seasonal gardening practices Experience working with fruit and vegetable gardens is desirable Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for outdoor work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and starting early The Opportunity Join a luxury, privately owned resort offering a unique working environment, excellent facilities, and strong team culture. xwzovoh
