Senior FS Administrator / Paraplanner
Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and long-established Financial Planning firm to recruit a Senior FS Administrator / Paraplanner to join their growing team based in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to take the next step into paraplanning, or for an established Paraplanner seeking a role where they can work closely with a dedicated Wealth Manager and become an integral part of the client journey.

The Role
The successful candidate will work directly alongside a Wealth Manager, providing technical and administrative support throughout the advice process.
This role will involve taking information gathered through the fact-find process and producing the technical documentation required to support client recommendations.
Duties will include:
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendation documents
- Producing client illustrations and financial calculations
- Researching pension and investment solutions
- Supporting the preparation of advice recommendations
- Liaising with providers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements
- Assisting with pension and investment administration where required
- Maintaining accurate client records and files
- Supporting the Wealth Manager throughout the advice process
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience within Financial Services Administration or Paraplanning
- Strong understanding of pensions and investments
- Good technical knowledge of financial planning products and legislation
- Experience producing reports, illustrations or technical documentation would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
