Production Welder Location: Redditch Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Are you an experienced Production Welder looking for a new opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Production Welder to join a busy manufacturing business based in Redditch. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out production welding to a high standard Working from engineering drawings and job specifications Performing MIG welding on a variety of metal products and components Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met Operating safely and maintaining a clean and organised work area Supporting other areas of production when required The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a production welding environment Competent in MIG welding Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Good attention to detail and quality standards Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team A positive attitude and strong work ethic What's on Offer: £14.00 per hour Monday to Friday day shifts with early finishes every Friday Temp to perm opportunity with the potential for a permanent position Friendly and supportive working environment Immediate starts available for suitable candidates If you are an experienced welder looking for your next opportunity in Redditch, we'd love to hear from you.
