Take full technical ownership of an established, revenue-generating product, transitioning building responsibilities from the CTO. You will own delivery end-to-end—from design to monitoring—while driving an agent-first workflow. What You Will Do

• Own product delivery end-to-end, managing everything from initial design discussions to implementation, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring across the main application and marketing site.
• Drive and evolve an agent-first development workflow, orchestrating coding agents and maintaining the sophisticated AI infrastructure that makes them effective.
• Manage critical real-money systems including Stripe payments, multi-currency transactions, and gift-card fulfillment APIs while contributing to high-level architectural decisions with the leadership team.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 4+ years of experience shipping full-stack web products with personal accountability, ideally using a stack like Laravel, PHP, Vue, and TypeScript.
• Is a genuinely AI-native engineer who treats agent context, such as memory files and anatomy indexes, as a maintained asset rather than just using basic code completion.
• Demonstrates a strong instinct for subtraction and simplicity, preferring to ship iterateable MVPs and delete unnecessary code rather than building over-engineered solutions.
