Key Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based engagement activities across residential areas
• Represent our services in a professional and approachable manner
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer experiences
• Record and manage campaign activity using internal systems
• Work towards individual and team performance goals, applying feedback and training to improve results

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to commute to Belfast on a daily basis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach
• Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required
