This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer, whether qualified or non-qualified, who is confident managing their own caseload and working collaboratively within a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion Handle a broad range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements Work closely with a team of three property lawyers to share knowledge and support workload demands Requirements Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential Ability to independently manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment Qualification (e.g., Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX) is advantageous but not required Whats on Offer Supportive team environment within xwzovoh a growing firm Opportunity to develop and progress your conveyancing career Competitive salary and performance-related incentives Modern working environment in a Manchester location This role would suit a proactive and reliable conveyancer looking to take ownership of their work while contributing to a collaborative and efficient team, If you would like to know more, please contact Hannah Williams at TSR Legal directly on or submit your CV below for review.
