Job description Drive profitable sales growth within the assigned area through active customer development and strong commercial execution;
Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities across the territory;
Expand market presence by building relationships with new customers, distributors, workshops, and other relevant business partners;
Develop and implement area sales plans with a strong focus on business acquisition and revenue growth;
Build a healthy sales pipeline and maintain disciplined follow-up on leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities;
Increase share of business with existing customers while actively targeting new accounts;
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing developments to identify growth opportunities;
Support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer agreements in line with company guidelines;
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular performance reports;
Coordinate closely with customer service, supply chain, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to support execution and customer satisfaction;
Support product launches, promotional activities, and local market initiatives that drive commercial growth;
Follow up on customer issues, claims, and commercial matters to ensure timely resolution while protecting the customer relationship;
Represent the company professionally in the market and act as a strong commercial ambassador for the business;
Required profile University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
Relevant experience in sales, field sales, business development, or commercial roles;
Experience in automotive (aftermarket, industrial, or related commercial environment is an advantage);
Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop prospects, and convert them into business results;
Proficient in Excel, spread sheet data and analysis;
Strong commercial drive and customer-facing energy;
Good analytical, organizational, and territory management skills;
Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix environment;
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
High level of ownership, persistence, and follow-through;
Willingness to travel as required within the assigned area (approx. xwzovoh max. 2 days per week - depends on location);
