About the role
This is initially a 6-month contracting Financial Services Complaint Handler opportunity and comes with the likely option to extend further.

This role will require the first week onsite in Bristol for training and onboarding with hybrid working of 1 day a week onsite thereafter.
As a Complaint Handler you will: Be working with a global market leader in their sector on an existing project.
Working on general service-based complaints.
We are keen to speak to people about this Complaint Handler opportunity who have the following skills and experience: Previous complaint handling/financial services experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, between the hours of 09:00-17:30 (37.5 hours per week) In return, you will receive a salary of £170 per day via an Umbrella company.
