Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location: CV2, Coventry Pay: £16.92 per hour Hours: Standard shift: 07:00-15:00 Must be flexible when required (e.g. 08:00-16:00)We are recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of fabrication operators within a busy production environment. This role is purely production-focused and does not involve warehouse management. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise fabrication operators, including managing ER-related issues Ensure all work is completed in line with agreed health & safety and quality standards Oversee production operations, ensuring people and materials are in the right place at the right time Ensure quality checks are carried out, with actions followed through Troubleshoot machinery and product issues alongside the team Drive continuous improvement on the workshop floor Ensure production targets are met and take action when performance falls behind Manage consumable stock levels and ensure timely reordering Key Requirements Proven experience in a production supervisory role (essential) Manufacturing or fabrication background Strong people management skills, including ER matters Hands-on and proactive approach Good understanding of production health, safety and quality standards The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
