Senior LV Design Engineer - Agency Role Description Our client is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior LV Design Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality LV design solutions across a range of projects. This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to lead complex electrical design activities, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with clients to deliver safe, compliant, and commercially effective outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and guidance to LV Design Engineers across all stages of project delivery Support the development of practical, compliant, and client-focused LV design solutions Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leads to monitor project progress, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets Review and approve electrical schematics, design calculations, and technical documentation Mentor and support junior engineers, helping to develop technical capability within the team Attend client sites to assess existing LV assemblies and produce compliance and condition reports Lead complex site migration projects, coordinating LV Engineers and site operatives to ensure safe and compliant execution Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks while minimising disruption to client operations Maintain high standards of health, safety, and technical compliance throughout all project activities Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience working as an LV Design Engineer Proven track record delivering safe, reliable, and compliant LV assemblies Strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide practical engineering solutions Experience reviewing electrical schematics and carrying out design calculations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead teams and support project delivery in fast-paced environments Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving Passion for continuous improvement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing Benefits Competitive salary and overtime opportunities Private healthcare 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Death in Service benefit Hybrid working available following probation Option to purchase up to 5 additional holidays per year Employee assistance programme "My Rewards" discount platform for high street and online shopping Recommend-a-friend scheme with referral rewardsThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior electrical design professional looking to take on a leadership-focused role within a supportive and technically driven environment
