A successful family-owned building company specialising in insurance repairs are seeking a Joiner to join their team working across the North East due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.

As the Joiner you will:
Be responsible for completing primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
Fit full new kitchens and kitchen repairs.
Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix joinery.
Studwork, subfloor replacements, insulating properties.
Prepare site for safe working.
Have occasional elements of custom joinery.
Strip out properties in preparation for building works.
Assist other trades to complete works as required.
We are looking for a Joiner with the following:
Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.
Experience in all aspects of 1st & 2nd fix joinery.
NVQ 2 qualified or qualified by experience.
Full valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
Professional, be able to self-manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.
In return you will receive a salary up to £38,000 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van dependent upon experience.
