About the role
We’re delighted to be recruiting a Digital Project Manager on behalf of a leading multichannel marketing services business. This varied vacancy will suit an organised, proactive and digitally minded project professional who can coordinate creative digital projects from initial brief through to completion, keeping stakeholders informed and delivering on time, within budget and aligned with the brief.

Duties and responsibilities
- Manage digital projects from initial brief to final delivery, coordinating account, creative, development, production and digital teams.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, actions and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate resources, estimates, billing requirements and purchase order requests using relevant internal systems.
- Run or support project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording notes and following up agreed actions.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, scope changes, budgets and delivery pressures, ensuring clear ownership and next steps.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting account directors with client objectives, strategy and project priorities.
- Support progress reporting, identify opportunities within existing briefs and contribute to continuous improvement across digital processes, tools and documentation.
Required skills and experience
- Previous project management or project coordination experience, ideally involving digital, creative or agency-based delivery.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, budgets, actions, resources and priorities.
- An understanding of digital project requirements across areas such as campaigns, websites, platforms, CRM, email, digital signage, paid media and social assets.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a central point of contact for clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience of identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, scope changes and delivery pressures.
- Confidence using workflow, reporting and collaboration platforms; experience with tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Workfront, Screendragon, Asana or Microsoft Planner would be beneficial. xwzovoh
