Job detailsJob descriptionEstablished team, international clients and genuine technical depth.This role sits within a well-established UK/US tax team with an excellent reputation, advising individuals and businesses ontax affairs across both jurisdictions. The team supports UK and US persons based away from home, from individual relocations through to larger employee moves involving hundreds of people.You would manage a portfolio of clients, covering UK and US tax compliance and advisory matters. The work involves preparing, reviewing and filing UK and US tax returns, managing assignments through to Partner or Director review, and making sure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.The role also has a people development angle. You would delegate work to junior team members, review their output, monitor their progress and help them develop confidence in UK/US tax. This would suit someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, improving standards and helping a team deliver a high-quality personal service.The firm is looking for someone dual-qualified, ideally an Enrolled Agent and an ATT, with experience preparing, reviewing and filing both UK and US tax returns. You should be comfortable managing clients, coaching junior staff, using UK and US tax software, and communicating clearly with clients, colleagues and senior members of the team.The environment combines the depth of a large specialist tax team with the personal feel of a mid-sized firm.
