HR Advisor - Employee Relations 📍 Hybrid Working | Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week Are you passionate about employee relations and providing expert HR advice that makes a real difference? We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor - Employee Relations to join our supportive and fast-paced HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who thrives on managing a varied caseload, partnering with managers, and ensuring best-practice people management across a growing organisation. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting managers through a wide range of complex employee relations matters, helping to create fair, consistent and positive outcomes for colleagues and the business. What You'll Be Doing Managing a diverse portfolio of employee relations cases from start to finish. Providing expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, probation reviews and flexible working requests. Supporting managers through investigations, hearings and outcome processes. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice. Working closely with Occupational Health, ACAS and other external agencies where required. Assisting with employment tribunal preparation and complex case management. Coaching and supporting junior HR team members. Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from HR professionals who have: ✅ Previous experience managing a range of employee relations cases independently. ✅ Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. ✅ Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. ✅ The ability to balance competing priorities and manage a varied workload. ✅ Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. ✅ Experience supporting managers in a multi-site environment would be advantageous. ✅ CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
