Restaurant Manager - Stunning New-opening - High-end Restaurant, Bar and Cigar Lounge We are looking for an ambitious Restaurant Manager / Club Manager for a buzzing, high-end, new-opening in the heart of South East London. The 150 cover venue has 2 bars, restaurant, live music and cigar lounge, with a buzzing atmosphere in the evenings, catering for a very discerning clientele.
You will be managing a team of 25+ reporting directly to the owners and having control of the 3 storey, multi-outlet venue. This is one of the most exciting openings in London right now with a strong team in place and world-class operator at the helm.
Restaurant Manager - Venue : - 3 floors with multiple outlets - Restaurant, outdoor terrace, games room and cigar lounge - Champagne, cocktails and live music with a buzzing atmosphere
Restaurant Manager - Rewards:
- £45k - Autonomy and support from ownership - Training to progress to GM
