Building Surveyor Major Works & Planned Maintenance

Location:Central London
Salary:£60,000 £80,000

We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a block management company, taking responsibility for the technical delivery and oversight of major works and planned maintenance projects across a portfolio of residential blocks.

Working closely with Property Managers, leaseholders, freeholders, residents, contractors and professional consultants, you will manage projects from initial inspection and specification through procurement, contract administration, completion and final account.

This is a hands-on role suited to a Building Surveyor who understands the complexities of residential block management, leasehold properties and major works and is confident managing multiple projects at different stages.
