Quality Complaints Engineer

An opportunity to join one of the UK’s most successful start-ups in scientific instrumentation and analytics from the last few years. They are seeking a proactive Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure materials, components, and services from their suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and performance standards. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Consumables and Supply Chain, you will play a key role in supplier selection, qualification, performance management, and continuous improvement . Monitor supplier performance, including QBRs and quality agreements Define and align Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements, especially during NPI Lead root cause analysis and manage supplier CAPA processes Drive continuous improvement and prevent recurring quality issues Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field Experience with audits and vendor quality performance measures Willingness to travel (UK and international).
