Managing Quantity Surveyor - Hertfordshire Up to £95,000 + Package Location: Hertfordshire Salary: Up to £95,000 + package Sector: Social Housing / Residential Construction Employment: Permanent We're currently working with a Tier 1 contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS with a background in social housing, residential refurbishment, major works or new build to take on a senior commercial position across a varied portfolio of projects. The Role As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of projects, working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably. The role will involve a mixture of residential refurbishment, cladding, external works, internal refurbishment, major works and new-build projects, providing excellent variety and long-term opportunity.
