Sales Consultant - Electrical

Overview

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Consultant to join our Home Interiors Centre. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, offer expert advice on electrical goods, furniture, lighting and home appliances, and maximise sales opportunities. You’ll also help maintain attractive displays, process orders, liaise with suppliers and customers, and ensure stock areas are well organised. We're seeking someone with excellent communication and selling skills, good computer literacy, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product advice across electrical goods, furniture, lighting and home appliances
• Maximise sales opportunities and contribute to store targets
• Maintain attractive displays and ensure stock areas are well organised
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries and replacements

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Good computer literacy
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Previous retail or electrical product experience is an advantage but not essential
