An outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused FP&A professional to join a growing multi-site business in a highly visible role.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and commercial analysis while helping drive smarter decision-making across the organisation. You'll also play a key role in improving reporting, developing business cases, and leveraging automation and BI tools to deliver meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own management reporting, board packs, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modelling activities.
• Deliver actionable commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario models.
• Drive reporting automation and dashboard development using modern BI tools.
• Improve reporting processes, controls, data quality, and reporting consistency.
• Partner with operational teams to support business performance and strategic decision-making

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Track record of reporting automation and process improvement.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
• Multi-site, consumer-facing, hospitality, leisure, retail, or PE-backed environment.
• Group reporting, consolidations, or investment appraisal experience.
