AJ Chambers is working with a full service law firm based in Central London and they are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.

This firm offers the opportunity to adapt your hours to a more suitable schedule (e.g., 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm), and hybrid working is also available, allowing you to work from home 2 days a week. You’ll also receive a tailored monthly fee target, and the firm operates a dress for your day policy.

You’ll be working in a busy team on a range of matters including:

· Sales & purchases

· Freehold & leasehold

· Building Safety Act

· Re-mortgages

You’ll be offered a xwzovoh package which includes:

· A competitive salary

· 25 days annual leave

· Bonus scheme – 10% on fees above target paid quarterly
