The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play an important role in shaping children’s early learning experiences and supporting their development in a caring and stimulating environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage learning through play
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
Acting as a key person and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
Working as part of a positive and collaborative team
What We Are Looking For
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification
(Level 2 applicants may also be considered depending on experience)
Previous experience within an Early Years or childcare setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children in their early development
