CNC Operator - Sheet Metal & Press Brake Specialist

As our business continues to grow with an expanding range of generators and special builds, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Press Break Operator to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Production Manager to follow the priority production schedule.
Set up and operate Press Brake machines within defined parameters.
Perform tool changes to accommodate material thickness and bend radius, following tooling recommendations.
Accurately fold and form sheet metal to specification.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality finished products.

Essential Criteria:

Preferred experience operating and setting up Press Brake machines but not essential as full training can be provided.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Competent in verifying measurements using tools such as:
Good knowledge of machine tooling and tool setup.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
