Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT / ECT) - Doncaster

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum * Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment * Adapt teaching to suit a range of abilities and learning needs * Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing * Monitor and assess pupil progress * Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and senior staff * Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Newly Qualified Teacher or currently completing ECT induction Enthusiastic and eager to develop professionally Strong communication and classroom management skills Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
