Job Title: Apprentice Paraplanner / Junior Paraplanner
Location: Worcester
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience)
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of client review packs for meetings
Support the drafting of client reports and recommendation letters
Prepare advice documentation, including application and nomination forms
Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to providers
Process policy amendments and new business applications on internal systems
Conduct research using a range of financial planning tools
Submit new business and maintain accurate client records
Provide general support to the technical/paraplanning team
What Were Looking For:
Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in financial planning and developing a career as a Paraplanner
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage workload efficiently
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in financial services or an administrative role
Awareness of financial planning processes and products
Progress towards or interest in achieving the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Training & Development:
Full support to achieve the Level 4 Paraplanner Apprenticeship Standard
Funded Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS), including: R01 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
R02 Investment Principles and Risk
R03 Personal Taxation
R04 Pensions and Retirement Planning
R05 Financial Protection
R06 Financial Planning Practice
Access to workshops, recorded sessions, and learning resources
Ongoing support from experienced financial services professionals
CII membership (where applicable)
