SENCo - Primary School - September 2026 Start - Haringey, North London
A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Haringey, North London is seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCo to join their leadership team from September 2026.
This SENCo role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational outcomes of pupils with additional needs. The successful SENCo will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
The school has a strong commitment to inclusion and is looking for a proactive SENCo who can continue to develop and enhance SEND provision across the school.
SENCo Responsibilities
Leading SEND provision throughout the school as the SENCo
Managing EHCP reviews, annual reviews, and SEND documentation as the SENCo
Supporting teachers with strategies and interventions as the SENCo
Liaising with parents, external agencies, and local authority services as the SENCo
Monitoring pupil progress and implementing effective support plans as the SENCo
Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice as the SENCo
