Do you have a Mechanical/Electrical engineering background, with experience working on motors, pumps, gearboxes, or similar equipment, and are you looking for a static role where you can oversee a small team in a tight-knit workshop with a long-established business and offering access to overtime to boost your income, as well as an early Friday finish?

On offer is the opportunity to join a mechanical engineering company that specialise in the repair and maintenance of 3-phase motors, fan units, water pumps, and other systems. They work with a variety of clients, including blue-chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, leisure centres, and more.

This static role involves working with the rest of the team on the workshop floor for a majority of the time, with the remaining time allocated to administrative tasks and overseeing the activity of the team.

This role would suit someone with a Mechanical/Electrical background that has previously overseen a small team or is looking to step into a team leader position.
