HR Advisor | Salisbury | Company Vehicle Arden White Aviation, Aerospace & Automotive Recruitment are partnered with Heritage Automotive to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Advisor supporting multiple dealership locations across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to step into a varied, people-focused role within a growing automotive group, where you’ll play a key part in supporting managers and driving positive employee experience. This role is based in Salisbury and may require you to visit these sites and support in-person when needed.  The Role Act as the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters Provide practical, hands-on HR advice and support based from the office in Salisbury Partner with managers to support performance, employee relations, and change management Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent HR practices Travel between dealership occasionally as requiredRequirements Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar role CIPD Level 3 (minimum) Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence managers Proactive, hands-on approach Full UK driving licence (essential) Right to work in the UKPackage £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Company vehicle + business mileage 30 days holiday including bank holidays + birthday off Pension scheme + life assurance Employee Assistance Programme (including mental health support) Retail discounts platform + gym membership offers Staff discounts on vehicles, servicing, and merchandise Manufacturer and in-house training Clear career progression within a growing groupApply Now If you're an HR professional looking for a varied, field-based role with real impact, apply today and take the next step in your career.
