Job Description Title: Workforce Intelligence Consultant Responsibilities: [client-facing 60%, internal stakeholders 40%] Executive and C-suite engagement. Presenting to stakeholders with recommendations based on objective data and evidence. Proactively investigate market signals, tech trends, skills shifts, and organisational challenges to generate new insight opportunities. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in client meetings and sales environments, confidently representing the intelligence function. Deliver project‑based data analysis, including talent pool data and insight reports, with full ownership from scoping to delivery. Understanding complex information and translating into bite-sized insights and recommendations. Researching market conditions for role-level as well as industry-level insights.Day-to-day: Project-based strategic intelligence reports investigating challenges and new ideas in strategic workforce planning, skills-based hiring, trends in the labour force, topics may look like, competitor benefits, EVP research, salary benchmarking, talent pool insights, and proactive insights. Presenting to senior stakeholders directly with storytelling and impactful flair, opportunities for sales environments if appropriate. Proactively engaging with the new business teams to develop improvements to our tools, storytelling, sharpening our capabilities at the front-end. Being an SME on industry knowledge and presenting with passion. Supporting the team, these could be designing tasks, research tasks, larger report additions, critical peer review; helping the team excel and make impact.Working with Reporting into the Workforce Intelligence Team Manager and working in a team of consultants, to deliver excellent Insights and Intelligence across clients.Working alongside wider business leaders to lead intelligence-led discussions.
