Here at GXO, we're looking for twoFirst Line Managers to join our dynamic operations team supporting a major fashion retailer in Crick. This is an exciting opportunity to lead colleagues within a highly automated distribution centre, ensuring products flow efficiently from inbound through to dispatch. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and high-performing environment where people can succeed, while delivering exceptional service and operational results. This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday 21:00 to 07:00
