Mobilisation Lead: Equipment Readiness & Team Leadership

Baker Hughes is seeking an Mobilisation Lead to ensure equipment, tools, and resources are maintained and available to support safe, efficient operations worldwide. You will supervise maintenance activities, support manufacturing operations, and lead a small unit while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication and leadership skills, and experience in maintenance or manufacturing leadership.
