We work with some of the UK’s biggest contractors and have built long-standing relationships across the industry. The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing candidates, ensuring we consistently deliver the best people to our clients. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and receive full training, giving you a clear pathway into a high-performing recruitment career. Key Responsibilities • Sourcing and screening candidates across construction, trades & labour roles • Managing job adverts and incoming applications • Conducting telephone interviews and qualifying candidates • Building strong relationships with candidates • Managing compliance (right to work, certifications, references) • Supporting consultants with live vacancies and placements • Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system What We’re Looking For • Motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential • Interest in construction or recruitment is a bonus What We Offer • £26,000 – £27,000 basic salary • Uncapped commission & bonus structure • Full training and clear progression pathway • Supportive, high-performing team environment • Regular incentives, socials, and rewards • Pension scheme Why Join Approach Personnel?
