Are you a Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into a genuine leadership role? This is an opportunity to become a Clinical Lead within a well-established care home, where youll play a key role in shaping clinical standards, supporting your team, and driving high-quality care every day.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who wants more responsibility, influence, and a clear pathway into senior management.
The Role
As Clinical Lead, youll work closely with the Home Manager and senior leadership team to ensure outstanding clinical care is delivered across the service. Youll be visible on the floor, leading by example, mentoring staff, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.
Youll also gain valuable exposure to the operational side of running a successful care home, giving you the experience needed to progress into management.

Youll be joining an award-winning care provider in Kirkby in Ashfield, known for delivering high-quality elderly care, including complex and advanced dementia support.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor high clinical standards across the service
Support the Home Manager with policies, procedures, and service objectives
Oversee resident wellbeing and ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing and care teams
About You Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in a senior clinical role within a care home environment
Strong understanding of clinical governance and care planning
Confident leading teams and driving high standards of care
