Senior Project Manager - Birmingham - 1 Day a Week in Office - Enterprise SaaS - 70,000-80,000 The Role An established B2B SaaS company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementations for global customers in highly regulated industries.You'll manage 5-8 month implementation programmes, typically running 2 concurrent projects, with budgets of 200,000-400,000. From initiation through to delivery, you'll own project governance, plans, RAID, change control, resources and commercial performance.As the senior delivery lead, you'll work closely with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders, chair steering committees and confidently manage challenging conversations to ensure successful outcomes.You'll also collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success and Technical teams across multiple workstreams, while building strong, long-term client relationships. Requirements Around 10+ years' experience in project managementProven track record delivering enterprise software implementation projectsPrevious experience within a SaaS or B2B software environmentExperience managing implementation project budgets of 200,000-400,000Strong customer-facing experience managing enterprise and global clients throughout the full project lifecycleExperience chairing steering committees and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executivesExcellent project governance skills, including project planning, RAID management, change control, forecasting and resource planningExperience delivering projects within regulated industries, such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals or ManufacturingPRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification Desirable Experience Knowledge of GxP validation or validated system implementationsExperience delivering global software rollouts across multiple sitesStrong commercial awareness, including experience managing project financials, budgets and contract scope The Company You'll join a growing software company delivering market-leading enterprise SaaS solutions to some of the world's most recognised organisations.Their customer base includes major global manufacturers and life sciences businesses, with implementation programmes delivered across international teams.The Project Management function is a close-knit team of four experienced Project Managers, with two focused specifically on implementation programmes.
