Responsibilities
- May act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision and regularly provides guidance to others
- Regularly provides informal guidance and support to less experienced team members
- Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures
- Impacts the results of own work team
- Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in a range of processes or procedures.
- Basic understanding of how the team integrates with others.
- Good communication skills to exchange moderately complex information, typically within own team.
