NDT/Quality Control Inspector

Summary

Summary Level at which the production employee is proficient through training and considerable on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• May act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision and regularly provides guidance to others
• Regularly provides informal guidance and support to less experienced team members
• Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures
• Impacts the results of own work team
• Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in a range of processes or procedures.
• Basic understanding of how the team integrates with others.
• Good communication skills to exchange moderately complex information, typically within own team.
