This is an operational, guest-facing role, ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up.
The role: Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and longes operations and service standards
Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor
Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required
Running smooth openings, services, and closes
Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift
Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally
Youll work closely with management but remain floor-focused , leading by example. xwzovoh
About you: Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter
Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant
Confident communicator, calm under pressure
Passionate about service, hospitality, and team culture
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
