Job ID: 2761Salary: 50,000 - 68,000 plus package plus bonusLocation: SurreyRegion: SurreyA highly regarded, established Developer who have been established for over 4 decades urgently require a Land & Development Manager for their busy Surrey office.This client is known for its quality diverse product and successful acquisition of sought after sites throughout the South and Southern Home counties.The role will be a mixture of successful  acquisitions of sites and development management by taking these through planning and development stages to handover at production stage giving true ownership of developments from inception to operational handover.Sites will range from 40 to over 200 units and will consist of flats, townhouses and housing achieving between 300 – 400 per square foot.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience but can certainly have a lot more and the salary range clearly reflects this. A successful track record is required coupled with the ability and desire to win sites and take them through planning stages.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic developer.
