Job ID: 7684Salary: 70,000 - 77,000Location: SE LondonRegion: LondonLong established building contractor with numerous contacts in the affordable / social housing market urgently require a Planned Maintenance Manager.The company have been facilitating Planned Maintenance services to HA’s and RP’s for over a decade. The works generally involve roof replacements, window replacements, re-decking, cladding and FRA type works.The role itself is to head up the Planned Maintenance division so the successful candidate will need to have experience of tendering, contract management , commercial management and have the ability to liaise with clients and manage sub-contractors and directly employed staff.It is vital the successful candidate has a background in response maintenance and preferably Planned Maintenance running numerous contracts fulfilling support to Housing Associations and HA’sThis is an exciting time to be joining this Contractor as they are now going through a period of sustained growth attributed to winning many contracts.
