Our client is currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Kings Hill, near West Malling. This permanent role will support the expanding client base of predominantly large residential developers.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day project management and lead the design of multiple schemes across a range of clientsGuide and support junior members of the team, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality deliverables are producedLiaise with clients and stakeholders, preparing fee proposals, managing projects, and undertaking business developmentDevelop Concept and Detailed Drainage StrategiesDevelop Levels Strategies and manage the production of Earthwork AppraisalsProduce Planning Documents such as Flood Risk Assessments/Drainage Technical Notes and Utilities StatementsUndertake Due Diligence reviews to support the purchase of landJob Requirements:Significant experience in infrastructure engineering, ideally working towards or having Chartered or Incorporated status (CEng/IEng, MICE, MCIWEM) or equivalent experienceExperience in pre-planning and planning stage projects, with a good understanding of detail design and technical approval processes (S104, S38, S278, etc.)Advanced skills in MicroDrainage and AutoCAD, with an understanding of Civil 3D being beneficialStrong technical ability and excellent communication skillsMotivated to develop both oneself and othersBenefits:Competitive salaryOpportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projectsProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentEmployee benefits packageIf you are an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer looking for a new opportunity to further develop your career, we would love to hear from you.
