Job Description This is a fantastic, varied role for an In-house Solicitor to support the Head of Legal, advise internal stakeholders on a range of legal matters, draft and negotiation legal documentation, and support the organisation in managing risk and compliance. Responsibilities will include:Providing legal advice to internal clients across a diverse range of matters including FOIs, ERIs, prosecutionsDrafting and reviewing contracts, statutory notices, orders and other legal documentationResearching legislation, regulations and case law to ensure advice remains current and accurate Supporting dispute resolution matters and representing the organisation in court or tribunals where appropriateDealing with property, leases and licensingManaging your own caseload and prioritising work effectively to meet deadlines The Successful Applicant Applications are welcomed from qualified In-house Solicitor s with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to legal problem solving.
