Location : Hertfordshire (hybrid)
Salary : £48,000 - £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Experience needed : Project or programme management experience, ideally gained within a complex matrix organisation. Strong experience in risk management, schedule management, Earned Value Management and leading multidisciplinary project teams is particularly important. Candidates should also possess excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a delivery-focused Project Manager to join a complex, fast-moving and highly collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project performance and working closely with stakeholders at all levels. The role will involve navigating changing priorities, managing risks and schedules, and ensuring projects remain focused on their key delivery objectives. What we need from you:
Project or programme management experience, ideally within a complex matrix organisation
Strong risk management skills and experience conducting schedule risk assessments
Experience leading projects from a business and delivery perspective
Knowledge of Earned Value Management, schedule adherence and project performance controls
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Sound commercial judgement and the ability to solve complex problems
Strong communication and motivational skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
Confidence working within a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity
Bidding and estimating experience would be advantageous
A collaborative approach, with the ability to share best practice and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
