£60,000 DOE (inclusive of tronc)
£10,000 Annual Bonus (Paid Quarterly)

An ambitious and growing premium pub & dining group is entering an exciting phase of expansion and as such are looking to grow their team.
They are now seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead one of their established, quality-led West London sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, professional kitchen leader to take full ownership of a fresh-food operation, inspire a high-performing brigade, and play a key role within a business continuing to expand.
The Role:
You will lead the kitchen with energy, consistency, and professionalism, delivering a delicious, seasonal menu built around fresh ingredients and modern British pub dining.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving standards and consistency across a fresh food menu
Leading, mentoring, and developing a motivated kitchen team
Managing GP, stock control, and kitchen financial performance
Overseeing recruitment, rotas, and training
Ensuring full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
Working collaboratively with senior leadership
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience as a Head Chef within a fresh-food environment
Thrive in a premium pub or quality casual dining setting
Be commercially aware and confident managing kitchen costs
Lead from the front and set high standards
Encourage the very best from their team
Remain calm and organised during busy service

The Package:
£55,000 - £60,000 inclusive of tronc
£9,000 - £10,000 performance-related annual bonus
5 days over 7 working pattern (including evenings & weekends)
