An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading Tier One main contractor on a major, business-critical project in Suffolk.

You will take a key leadership role within a high-performing delivery team, overseeing complex work packages and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The role

Lead multidisciplinary teams across key stages of project delivery
Manage programme, commercial performance, risk and quality
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply-chain partners and senior stakeholders
Drive a positive culture focused on safety, collaboration and continuous improvement
Identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation plans
Ensure delivery against agreed project objectives and milestones

About you

Proven experience delivering major, complex construction or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Excellent knowledge of programme, risk and commercial management
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply chains
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Relevant construction, engineering or project-management qualifications
