Family Solicitor - Worcestershire

Reference: KSJ _ Family Solicitor - WorcestershireOur client is an established Worcestershire firm who are seeking a family solicitor to join their established team.You will have experience in divorce and finane matters and will ideally have experience of, or an interest in, undertaking Legal Aid work. You will advise clients on a range of family matters, with a particular focus on:Divorce and separationFinancial remedy proceedingsMatrimonial financesProperty and financial disputesNegotiation and settlementCourt proceedingsChildren mattersLegal Aid casesInjunctionsYou will be responsible for attending clients and managing your own caseload.
