Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a General Administrator to join a busy and growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is organised, personable, and looking to develop their career within a supportive company. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative and customer service duties, including: Using the company CRM system Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments Liaising with both customers and engineers Reading, checking, and issuing job cards General administrative support to the wider team This role is best suited to someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. About You We are looking for someone who has: Previous administration experience Strong communication and customer service skills Good attention to detail The ability to prioritise workload effectively Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office Salary & Benefits £25,000  Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Temp-to-perm opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team with genuine long-term career prospects.
