Location: Telford (4 days in the office 1 day from home)
Salary: £30k - £38k + Benefits
We're working with a growing consumer-focused business that is investing heavily in its marketing function and digital capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a collaborative team and play a key role in driving online engagement, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
This role offers exposure across multiple digital channels and would suit someone who enjoys managing campaigns, analysing performance, and continuously improving the customer experience.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing activity across a range of channels. Working closely with marketing, sales, and wider business teams, you'll help deliver campaigns that generate demand, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and performance analysis.
Support paid media activity across PPC and other digital advertising channels.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
Manage website content and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Maintain and optimise e-commerce product content where applicable.
Support CRM and marketing automation activities, ensuring best practice processes are followed.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Manage digital marketing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business objectives.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and innovations.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience within a digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, PPC, SEO, paid media and web analytics.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of website management and digital best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
