Location: Walton on the Naze, Essex
Salary: £14 per hour
Job Type: Full time, Permanent / Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, covering weekdays and weekends. We currently have positions available for day and waking night support
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Walton on the Naze area.
This role involves assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the day/night. This gentleman is interested in football, gaming, Pokemon, Disney and animals.
Key Requirements
Previous experience with trauma-informed care is essential
Experience supporting people with autism is essential
Calm, patient and understanding approach
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
