About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious site based New Homes Sales Advisor to join a thriving development in Crowborough, helping buyers find their perfect home while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to completion. You’ll be the face of the development — guiding customers through the buying journey, showcasing show homes, and building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and agents. This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a sales environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth, memorable buying experience. Key Responsibilities * Customer engagement — Welcome prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through available plots and options. * Sales progression — Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. * Show home presentation — Maintain immaculate show homes and marketing suites to create an inspiring first impression. * Market awareness — Stay informed about local competitors, pricing, and buyer trends. * Weekend availability — Work weekends as part of the rota, when footfall and enquiries are highest. What We’re Looking For * Sales experience gained with a housing developer or estate agency. * Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently on site * A proactive, target‑driven mindset * Full UK driving licence
